SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CPSF3 (cleavage and polyadenylation specific factor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CPSF3 qPCR Primer Set – cleavage and polyadenylation specific factor 3
Also known as: CPSF-73, CPSF73, NEDMHS, NEDMHSN
About this gene: CPSF3 belongs to the metallo-beta-lactamase family. The CPSF3 protein is a 73kDa subunit of the cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor and acts as an endonuclease that recognizes the pre-mRNA 3'-cleavage site AAUAAA prior to polyadenylation. The CPSF3 gene product also cleaves after the pre-mRNA sequence ACCCA during histone 3'-end pre-mRNA processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51692; HGNC ID: HGNC:2326; UniProt: Q9UKF6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016207.4; Chromosome location: 2p25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
