SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human COX7A2L (cytochrome c oxidase subunit 7A2 like, also called EB1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human COX7A2L qPCR Primer Set – cytochrome c oxidase subunit 7A2 like
Also known as: COX7AR, COX7RP, EB1, SCAF1, SCAFI, SIG81
About this gene: Cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, catalyzes the electron transfer from reduced cytochrome c to oxygen. This component is a heteromeric complex consisting of 3 catalytic subunits encoded by mitochondrial genes and multiple structural subunits encoded by nuclear genes. The mitochondrially-encoded subunits function in electron transfer, and the nuclear-encoded subunits may function in the regulation and assembly of the complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9167; HGNC ID: HGNC:2289; UniProt: O14548; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004718.4; Chromosome location: 2p21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
