SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human COPB1 (coat protein complex I subunit beta 1, also called Beta-COP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human COPB1 qPCR Primer Set – coat protein complex I subunit beta 1
Also known as: BARMACS, COPB
About this gene: COPB1 encodes a protein subunit of the coatomer complex linked to non-clathrin coated vesicles. The coatomer complex, also known as the coat protein complex 1, forms in the cytoplasm and is recruited to the Golgi by activated guanosine triphosphatases. Once at the Golgi membrane, the coatomer complex may assist in the movement of protein and lipid components back to the endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1315; HGNC ID: HGNC:2231; UniProt: P53618; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001144061.2; Chromosome location: 11p15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
