About this gene: COG3 encodes a component of the conserved oligomeric Golgi complex which is composed of eight different subunits and is required for normal Golgi morphology and localization. Defects in the COG complex result in multiple deficiencies in protein glycosylation. The COG3 protein is involved in ER-Golgi transport.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
