SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADSL (adenylosuccinate lyase, also called ASL) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADSL qPCR Primer Set – adenylosuccinate lyase
Also known as: AMPS, ASASE, ASL
About this gene: The ADSL protein belongs to the lyase 1 family. Mutations in ADSL are linked to adenylosuccinase deficiency, a disorder marked with psychomotor retardation, epilepsy or autistic features.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 158; HGNC ID: HGNC:291; UniProt: P30566; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000026.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
