SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLTA (clathrin light chain A, also called Lca) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CLTA qPCR Primer Set – clathrin light chain A
Also known as: LCA
About this gene: Clathrin is a large, soluble protein composed of heavy and light chains. The CLTA gene product acts as the main structural component of the lattice-type cytoplasmic face of coated pits and vesicles which entrap specific macromolecules during receptor-mediated endocytosis. CLTA encodes one of two clathrin light chain proteins which are believed to function as regulatory elements.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1211; HGNC ID: HGNC:2090; UniProt: P09496; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001833.4; Chromosome location: 9p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
