Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADRM1 (ADRM1 26S proteasome ubiquitin receptor, also called Gp110) gene expression by real-time PCR.

Human ADRM1 qPCR Primer Set – ADRM1 26S proteasome ubiquitin receptor

Also known as: ARM-1, ARM1, GP110, PSMD16

About this gene: ADRM1 belongs to the adhesion regulating molecule 1 protein family. The ADRM1 protein is a component of the proteasome where it acts as a ubiquitin receptor and recruits the deubiquitinating enzyme, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase L5. Increased levels of the ADRM1 protein are linked to increased cell adhesion, which is likely an indirect effect of this intracellular protein.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11047; HGNC ID: HGNC:15759; UniProt: Q16186; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007002.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.33

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
