SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLIP3 (CAP-Gly domain containing linker protein 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CLIP3 qPCR Primer Set – CAP-Gly domain containing linker protein 3
Also known as: CLIPR-59, CLIPR59, RSNL1
About this gene: CLIP3 belongs to the cytoplasmic linker protein 170 family. Members of this protein family contain a cytoskeleton-associated protein glycine-rich domain and mediate the interaction of microtubules with cellular organelles. The CLIP3 protein is involved in T cell apoptosis by facilitating the association of tubulin and the lipid raft ganglioside GD3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25999; HGNC ID: HGNC:24314; UniProt: Q96DZ5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015526.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
