SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLIC4 (CLIC family member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CLIC4 qPCR Primer Set – CLIC family member 4
Also known as: CLIC4L, H1, MTCLIC, huH1, p64H1
About this gene: Chloride channels are a diverse group of proteins that regulate fundamental cellular processes including stabilization of cell membrane potential, transepithelial transport, maintenance of intracellular pH, and regulation of cell volume.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25932; HGNC ID: HGNC:13518; UniProt: Q9Y696; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013943.3; Chromosome location: 1p36.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
