SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADRB1 (adrenoceptor beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADRB1 qPCR Primer Set – adrenoceptor beta 1
Also known as: ADRB1R, B1AR, BETA1AR, FNSS2, RHR
About this gene: The adrenergic receptors are a prototypic family of guanine nucleotide binding regulatory protein-coupled receptors that mediate the physiological effects of the hormone epinephrine and the neurotransmitter norepinephrine. Specific polymorphisms in ADRB1 have been shown to affect the resting heart rate and can be involved in heart failure.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 153; HGNC ID: HGNC:285; UniProt: P08588; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000684.3; Chromosome location: 10q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
