SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADRA2B (adrenoceptor alpha 2B, also called Alpha-2BAR) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADRA2B qPCR Primer Set – adrenoceptor alpha 2B
Also known as: ADRA2L1, ADRA2RL1, ADRARL1, ALPHA2BAR, FAME2, alpha-2BAR
About this gene: This intronless gene encodes a seven-pass transmembrane protein. The ADRA2B protein belongs to a subfamily of G protein-coupled receptors that regulate neurotransmitter release from sympathetic nerves and from adrenergic neurons in the central nervous system.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 151; HGNC ID: HGNC:282; UniProt: P18089; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000682.7; Chromosome location: 2q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
