SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLCNKA (chloride voltage-gated channel Ka, also called ClC-K1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CLCNKA qPCR Primer Set – chloride voltage-gated channel Ka
Also known as: CLCK1, ClC-K1, hClC-Ka
About this gene: CLCNKA belongs to the CLC family of voltage-gated chloride channels. The CLCNKA protein is predicted to have 12 transmembrane domains, and requires a beta subunit called barttin to form a functional channel. The CLCNKA gene product is believed to function in salt reabsorption in the kidney and potassium recycling in the inner ear.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1187; HGNC ID: HGNC:2026; UniProt: P51800; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004070.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
