SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CLCA2 (chloride channel accessory 2, also called hCLCA2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CLCA2 qPCR Primer Set – chloride channel accessory 2
Also known as: CACC, CACC3, CLCRG2, CaCC-3
About this gene: CLCA2 belongs to the calcium-activated chloride channel regulator family of proteins. Members of this family regulate the transport of chloride across the plasma membrane. The CLCA2 protein is autoproteolytically processed to generate N- and C- terminal fragments.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9635; HGNC ID: HGNC:2016; UniProt: Q9UQC9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006536.7; Chromosome location: 1p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
