SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CISH (cytokine inducible SH2 containing protein, also called CIS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CISH qPCR Primer Set – cytokine inducible SH2 containing protein
Also known as: BACTS2, CIS, CIS-1, G18, SOCS
About this gene: The CISH protein contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS box domain. The protein thus belongs to the cytokine-induced STAT inhibitor, also known as suppressor of cytokine signaling or STAT-induced STAT inhibitor, protein family. CIS family members are known to be cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1154; HGNC ID: HGNC:1984; UniProt: Q9NSE2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_145071.4; Chromosome location: 3p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
