SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHTF18 (chromosome transmission fidelity factor 18, also called CHL12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CHTF18 qPCR Primer Set – chromosome transmission fidelity factor 18
Also known as: C16orf41, C321D2.2, C321D2.3, C321D2.4, CHL12, Ctf18, RUVBL
About this gene: CHTF18 encodes a protein which is a component of a replication factor C complex, which loads proliferating cell nuclear antigen on to DNA during the S phase of cell cycle. The CHTF18 protein may interact with other proteins, including RFC complex 3, to form a clamp loader complex that is involved in sister chromatid cohesion during metaphase-anaphase transition.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 63922; HGNC ID: HGNC:18435; UniProt: Q8WVB6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022092.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
