SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADPRS (ADP-ribosylserine hydrolase, also called ADP-ribose) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADPRS qPCR Primer Set – ADP-ribosylserine hydrolase
Also known as: ADPRHL2, ARH3, CONDSIAS
About this gene: ADPRS belongs to the ADP-ribosylglycohydrolase family. The encoded enzyme catalyzes the removal of ADP-ribose from ADP-ribosylated proteins. This enzyme localizes to the mitochondria, also to the nucleus and cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54936; HGNC ID: HGNC:21304; UniProt: Q9NX46; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017825.3; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
