SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHRNB3 (cholinergic receptor nicotinic beta 3 subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CHRNB3 qPCR Primer Set – cholinergic receptor nicotinic beta 3 subunit
About this gene: The nicotinic acetylcholine receptors are members of a superfamily of ligand-gated ion channels that mediate fast signal transmission at synapses. The nAChRs arepentamers composed of homologous subunits. The subunits that make up the muscle and neuronal forms of nAChRs are encoded by separate genes and have different primary structure.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1142; HGNC ID: HGNC:1963; UniProt: Q05901; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000749.5; Chromosome location: 8p11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
