SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHRNA10 (cholinergic receptor nicotinic alpha 10 subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CHRNA10 qPCR Primer Set – cholinergic receptor nicotinic alpha 10 subunit
About this gene: Contributes to acetylcholine-gated monoatomic cation-selective channel activity. It is involved in acetylcholine receptor signaling pathway and membrane depolarization. It acts upstream of or within positive regulation of cytosolic calcium ion concentration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57053; HGNC ID: HGNC:13800; UniProt: Q9GZZ6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020402.4; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
