SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHORDC1 (cysteine and histidine rich domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CHORDC1 qPCR Primer Set – cysteine and histidine rich domain containing 1
Also known as: CHP1
About this gene: CHORDC1 enables Hsp90 protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including centrosome duplication; obsolete negative regulation of Rho-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase activity; and regulation of cellular response to heat.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26973; HGNC ID: HGNC:14525; UniProt: Q9UHD1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012124.3; Chromosome location: 11q14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
