SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHAF1A (chromatin assembly factor 1 subunit A, also called hp150) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CHAF1A qPCR Primer Set – chromatin assembly factor 1 subunit A
Also known as: CAF-1, CAF1, CAF1B, CAF1P150, P150
About this gene: Chromatin assembly factor I is a nuclear complex consisting of p50, p60, and p150 subunits that assembles histone octamers onto replicating DNA in vitro.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10036; HGNC ID: HGNC:1910; UniProt: Q13111; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005483.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
