SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UTP18 (UTP18 small subunit processome component) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human UTP18 qPCR Primer Set – UTP18 small subunit processome component
Also known as: CGI-48, WDR50
About this gene: UTP18 enables RNA binding activity. It is involved in ribosomal small subunit biogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51096; HGNC ID: HGNC:24274; UniProt: Q9Y5J1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016001.3; Chromosome location: 17q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
