SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CEP135 (centrosomal protein 135) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CEP135 qPCR Primer Set – centrosomal protein 135
Also known as: CEP4, KIAA0635, MCPH8
About this gene: CEP135 encodes a centrosomal protein, which acts as a scaffolding protein during early centriole biogenesis, and is also required for centriole-centriole cohesion during interphase. Mutations in CEP135 are linked to autosomal recessive primary microcephaly-8.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9662; HGNC ID: HGNC:29086; UniProt: Q66GS9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025009.5; Chromosome location: 4q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
