SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CNTRL (centriolin, also called Cep110) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CNTRL qPCR Primer Set – centriolin
Also known as: CEP1, CEP110, FAN, bA165P4.1
About this gene: CNTRL encodes a centrosomal protein required for the centrosome to function as a microtubule organizing center. The gene product is also linked to centrosome maturation. One version of stem cell myeloproliferative disorder is the result of a reciprocal translocation between chromosomes 8 and 9, with the breakpoint linked to fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 and centrosomal protein 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11064; HGNC ID: HGNC:1858; UniProt: Q7Z7A1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007018.6; Chromosome location: 9q33.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
