SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CENPC (centromere protein C, also called CENP-C) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CENPC qPCR Primer Set – centromere protein C
Also known as: CENP-C, CENPC1, MIF2, hcp-4
About this gene: Centromere protein C 1 is a centromere autoantigen and a component of the inner kinetochore plate. The protein is required for maintaining proper kinetochore size and a timely transition to anaphase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1060; HGNC ID: HGNC:1854; UniProt: Q03188; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001812.4; Chromosome location: 4q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
