SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CELSR3 (cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 3, also called hFmi1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CELSR3 qPCR Primer Set – cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 3
Also known as: ADGRC3, CDHF11, EGFL1, FMI1, HFMI1, MEGF2, RESDA1
About this gene: CELSR3 belongs to the flamingo subfamily, which is included in the cadherin superfamily. The flamingo cadherins consist of nonclassic-type cadherins that do not interact with catenins. They are plasma membrane proteins containing seven epidermal growth factor-like repeats, nine cadherin domains and two laminin A G-type repeats in their ectodomain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1951; HGNC ID: HGNC:3230; UniProt: Q9NYQ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001407.3; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
