SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CELSR1 (cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 1, also called hFmi2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CELSR1 qPCR Primer Set – cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 1
Also known as: ADGRC1, CDHF9, FMI2, HFMI2, LMPHM9, ME2, YNS
About this gene: The CELSR1 protein belongs to the flamingo subfamily, part of the cadherin superfamily. The flamingo subfamily consists of nonclassic-type cadherins; a subpopulation that does not interact with catenins. The flamingo cadherins are located at the plasma membrane and have nine cadherin domains, seven epidermal growth factor-like repeats and two laminin A G-type repeats in their ectodomain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9620; HGNC ID: HGNC:1850; UniProt: Q9NYQ6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001378328.1; Chromosome location: 22q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
