About this gene: The CEBPE protein is a bZIP transcription factor which can bind as a homodimer to certain DNA regulatory regions. The CEBPE gene product can also form heterodimers with the related protein CEBP-delta. The CEBPE protein may be essential for terminal differentiation and functional maturation of committed granulocyte progenitor cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
