SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CDKN2D (cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 2D, also called p19-INK4d) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CDKN2D qPCR Primer Set – cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 2D
Also known as: INK4D, p19, p19-INK4D
About this gene: The CDKN2D protein belongs to the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. The CDKN2D protein is reported to form a stable complex with CDK4 or CDK6, and prevent the activation of the CDK kinases, thus function as a cell growth regulator that controls cell cycle G1 progression. The abundance of the transcript of CDKN2D was found to oscillate in a cell-cycle dependent manner with the lowest expression at mid G1 and a maximal expression during S phase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1032; HGNC ID: HGNC:1790; UniProt: P55273; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001800.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
