About this gene: The CDK4 protein belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. The CDK4 protein is highly similar to the gene products of S. cerevisiae cdc28 and S. pombe cdc2. The CDK4 gene product is a catalytic subunit of the protein kinase complex that is important for cell cycle G1 phase progression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
