SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADD1 (adducin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADD1 qPCR Primer Set – adducin 1
Also known as: ADDA
About this gene: Adducins are a family of cytoskeletal proteins encoded by three genes. Adducin acts as a heterodimer of the related alpha, beta, or gamma subunits. The ADD1 protein represents the alpha subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 118; HGNC ID: HGNC:243; UniProt: P35611; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001354761.2; Chromosome location: 4p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
