SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADCY9 (adenylate cyclase 9, also called AC9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADCY9 qPCR Primer Set – adenylate cyclase 9
Also known as: AC9, ACIX
About this gene: Adenylate cyclase is a membrane bound enzyme that catalyses the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP. It is regulated by a family of G protein-coupled receptors, protein kinases, and calcium. The type 9 adenylyl cyclase is a widely distributed adenylyl cyclase, and it is stimulated by beta-adrenergic receptor activation but is insensitive to forskolin, calcium, and somatostatin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 115; HGNC ID: HGNC:240; UniProt: O60503; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001116.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
