About this gene: The CDC6 protein is highly similar to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cdc6, a protein essential for the initiation of DNA replication. The CDC6 protein acts as a regulator at the early steps of DNA replication. The CDC6 gene product localizes in cell nucleus during cell cyle G1, but translocates to the cytoplasm at the start of S phase.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
