About this gene: The CDC45 protein was identified by its strong similarity with Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cdc45, an essential protein required to the initiation of DNA replication. Cdc45 belongs to the highly conserved multiprotein complex including Cdc6/Cdc18, the minichromosome maintenance proteins and DNA polymerase, which is important for early steps of DNA replication in eukaryotes. The CDC45 protein is reported to interact with MCM7 and DNA polymerase alpha.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
