SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADGRE5 (adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E5) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADGRE5 qPCR Primer Set – adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E5
Also known as: CD97, TM7LN1
About this gene: ADGRE5 belongs to the EGF-TM7 subfamily of adhesion G protein-coupled receptors, which mediate cell-cell interactions. These proteins are cleaved by self-catalytic proteolysis into a large extracellular subunit and seven-span transmembrane subunit, which associate at the cell surface as a receptor complex. The ADGRE5 protein may play a role in cell adhesion as well as leukocyte recruitment, activation and migration, and contains multiple extracellular EGF-like repeats which mediate binding to chondroitin sulfate and the cell surface complement regulatory protein CD55.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 976; HGNC ID: HGNC:1711; UniProt: P48960; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_078481.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
