SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD9 (CD9 molecule, also called p24) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CD9 qPCR Primer Set – CD9 molecule
Also known as: BTCC-1, DRAP-27, MIC3, MRP-1, TSPAN-29, TSPAN29
About this gene: CD9 belongs to the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Tetraspanins are cell surface glycoproteins with four transmembrane domains that form multimeric complexes with other cell surface proteins. The CD9 protein functions in many cellular processes including differentiation, adhesion, and signal transduction, and expression of CD9 plays a critical role in the suppression of cancer cell motility and metastasis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 928; HGNC ID: HGNC:1709; UniProt: P21926; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001769.4; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
