SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD83 (CD83 molecule, also called hCD83) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD83 qPCR Primer Set – CD83 molecule
Also known as: BL11, HB15
About this gene: The CD83 protein is a single-pass type I membrane protein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of receptors. The CD83 protein may be involved in the regulation of antigen presentation. A soluble form of this protein can bind to dendritic cells and inhibit their maturation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9308; HGNC ID: HGNC:1703; UniProt: Q01151; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004233.4; Chromosome location: 6p23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
