SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD68 (CD68 molecule, also called Gp110) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CD68 qPCR Primer Set – CD68 molecule
Also known as: GP110, LAMP4, SCARD1
About this gene: CD68 encodes a 110-kD transmembrane glycoprotein that is highly expressed by human monocytes and tissue macrophages. The CD68 gene product belongs to the lysosomal/endosomal-associated membrane glycoprotein family. The protein primarily localizes to lysosomes and endosomes with a smaller fraction circulating to the cell surface.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 968; HGNC ID: HGNC:1693; UniProt: P34810; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001251.3; Chromosome location: 17p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
