SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD5L (CD5 molecule like, also called hAIM) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CD5L qPCR Primer Set – CD5 molecule like
Also known as: AIM, API6, CT-2, PRO229, SP-ALPHA, Spalpha, hAIM
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in regulation of complement activation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within positive regulation of complement-dependent cytotoxicity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 922; HGNC ID: HGNC:1690; UniProt: O43866; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005894.3; Chromosome location: 1q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
