SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD5 (CD5 molecule) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CD5 qPCR Primer Set – CD5 molecule
Also known as: LEU1, T1
About this gene: CD5 belongs to the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily. Members of this family are secreted or membrane-anchored proteins mainly found in cells linked to the immune system. The CD5 protein is a type-I transmembrane glycoprotein found on the surface of thymocytes, T lymphocytes and a subset of B lymphocytes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 921; HGNC ID: HGNC:1685; UniProt: P06127; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014207.4; Chromosome location: 11q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
