Human CD3G qPCR Primer Set – CD3 gamma subunit of T-cell receptor complex
Also known as: CD3-GAMMA, CD3GAMMA, IMD17, T3G
About this gene: The CD3G protein is the CD3-gamma polypeptide, which together with CD3-epsilon, -delta and -zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. This complex is important for coupling antigen recognition to multiple intracellular signal-transduction pathways. Defects in CD3G are linked to T cell immunodeficiency.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 917; HGNC ID: HGNC:1675; UniProt: P09693; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000073.3; Chromosome location: 11q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
