SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD3E (CD3 epsilon subunit of T-cell receptor complex) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD3E qPCR Primer Set – CD3 epsilon subunit of T-cell receptor complex
Also known as: CD3epsilon, IMD18, T3E, TCRE
About this gene: The CD3E protein is the CD3-epsilon polypeptide, which together with CD3-gamma, -delta and -zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. This complex is important for coupling antigen recognition to multiple intracellular signal-transduction pathways. The epsilon polypeptide plays an essential role in T-cell development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 916; HGNC ID: HGNC:1674; UniProt: P07766; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000733.4; Chromosome location: 11q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
