Human CD3D qPCR Primer Set – CD3 delta subunit of T-cell receptor complex

Also known as: CD3-DELTA, CD3DELTA, IMD19, T3D

About this gene: The CD3D protein is part of the T-cell receptor/CD3 complex and is involved in T-cell development and signal transduction. The encoded membrane protein represents the delta subunit of the CD3 complex, and along with four other CD3 subunits, binds either TCR alpha/beta or TCR gamma/delta to form the TCR/CD3 complex on the surface of T-cells. Defects in CD3D are a cause of severe combined immunodeficiency autosomal recessive T-cell-negative/B-cell-positive/NK-cell-positive.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 915; HGNC ID: HGNC:1673; UniProt: P04234; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000732.6; Chromosome location: 11q23.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
