SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD226 (CD226 molecule) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD226 qPCR Primer Set – CD226 molecule
Also known as: DNAM-1, DNAM1, PTA1, TLiSA1
About this gene: CD226 encodes a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of NK cells, platelets, monocytes and a subset of T cells. The CD226 gene product belongs to the Ig-superfamily containing 2 Ig-like domains of the V-set. The protein mediates cellular adhesion of platelets and megakaryocytic cells to vascular endothelial cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10666; HGNC ID: HGNC:16961; UniProt: Q15762; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001303618.2; Chromosome location: 18q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
