About this gene: The CD207 protein is expressed only in Langerhans cells which are immature dendritic cells of the epidermis and mucosa. The CD207 gene product is localized in the Birbeck granules, organelles present in the cytoplasm of Langerhans cells and consisting of superimposed and zippered membranes. Mutations in CD207 result in Birbeck granules deficiency or loss of sugar binding activity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
