About this gene: The CD2 protein is a surface antigen found on all peripheral blood T-cells. The CD2 protein interacts with LFA3 on antigen presenting cells to optimize immune recognition. A locus control region has been found in the 3' flanking sequence of CD2.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
