Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD1D (CD1d molecule, also called R3G1) gene expression by real-time PCR.

Human CD1D qPCR Primer Set – CD1d molecule

Also known as: R3, R3G1

About this gene: CD1D encodes a divergent member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The CD1 proteins mediate the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 912; HGNC ID: HGNC:1637; UniProt: P15813; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001371762.2; Chromosome location: 1q23.1

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
