SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD248 (CD248 molecule) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD248 qPCR Primer Set – CD248 molecule
Also known as: CD164L1, TEM1
About this gene: CD248 is predicted to enable extracellular matrix binding activity and extracellular matrix protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell migration. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including anatomical structure regression; lymph node development; and positive regulation of endothelial cell apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57124; HGNC ID: HGNC:18219; UniProt: Q9HCU0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020404.3; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
