SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CCT5 (chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 5, also called CCT-epsilon) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CCT5 qPCR Primer Set – chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 5
Also known as: CCT-epsilon, CCTE, HEL-S-69, HSNSP, PNAS-102, TCP-1-epsilon
About this gene: The CCT5 protein is a molecular chaperone that belongs to the chaperonin containing TCP1 complex, also known as the TCP1 ring complex. This complex consists of two identical stacked rings, each containing eight different proteins. Unfolded polypeptides enter the central cavity of the complex and are folded in an ATP-dependent manner.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22948; HGNC ID: HGNC:1618; UniProt: P48643; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012073.5; Chromosome location: 5p15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
