About this gene: The CCR3 protein is a receptor for C-C type chemokines. The CCR3 gene product belongs to family 1 of the G protein-coupled receptors. This receptor binds and responds to a variety of chemokines, including eotaxin, eotaxin-3, MCP-3, MCP-4, and RANTES. It is highly expressed in eosinophils and basophils, and is also detected in TH1 and TH2 cells.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
