SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CCR1 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 1, also called HM145) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CCR1 qPCR Primer Set – C-C motif chemokine receptor 1
Also known as: CD191, CKR-1, CKR1, CMKBR1, HM145, MIP1aR, SCYAR1
About this gene: CCR1 belongs to the beta chemokine receptor family, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. The ligands of this receptor include macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha, regulated on activation normal T expressed and secreted protein, monocyte chemoattractant protein 3, and myeloid progenitor inhibitory factor-1. Chemokines and their receptors mediated signal transduction are critical for the recruitment of effector immune cells to the site of inflammation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1230; HGNC ID: HGNC:1602; UniProt: P32246; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001295.3; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
